Mid-Atlantic Coastal Plain Foraging Calendar Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia coastal plains. Seaside foraging includes sea rocket, glasswort, and wax myrtle; pawpaws and elderberries grow in river corridor forests and bottomland edges.
